Firstly let us concentrate on the UEFA Champion league contenders , i.e expected top 4 finishers this season & their lineups , pros &cons , their player's to watch , New players.
1 . Manchester city

There is no doubt that Manchester city is the title favorite for 2020/21 season . Pep Guardiola is one of the strongest reasons for that . After his arrival , he has spent nearly £1 billion in transfers & done justice for that.
●players to watch ; Kevin de bruyne , foden , sterling & sergio agüero.
No doubt that The 2019 / 20 season's player's player of the year Kevin de bruyne is on full form . Probably this year also , he can finish with most assists & this CAM Gets the top priority. Apart from this Belgian, raheem sterling, Phil foden are very important. Foden should replace city's leagendry David Silva's position. Agüero's fitness is also important & he should be available for all matches with top teams.

Defending champion liverpool is one of the strongest title contenders . Klopp's red devils has done an magnetic job last season . But now , they're not that much attractive to watch because of no signing's this summer & player's injuries.

Record premier league champions Manchester United has great chances for top 3 finish . They've signed ayax fc's star Van de beek & goal keeper Henderson. Probably Henderson can replace David de gea as primary goalkeeper. On another hand Portuguese player bruno Fernandes is looking very attractive.
Probably they can sign Borussia Dortmund star midfielder Jaden sancho & aston villa's striker Jack grelish . If they can sign both , then no doubt that they'll be able to finish in top 2 .
4 . Chelsea

●New players ; kai havertz , werner , Hakim ziyech , thiago Silva, chilwell ,sarr .
● players to watch ; new arrivals + pulsic , mount .
No doubt that Chelsea is gonna blast this season as frank Lampard has some of the greatest deals of all time for Chelsea. Buying german prince havertz & great dribbler timo Werner is a great one . They'll give tough fight to above 3 teams .
Frank lampard has taken his side to UCL on his first attempt as head coach . It won't be surprising even if they can finish in top 2 & this is due to the newly arrived players .

5 . Tottenham Hotspur

●possible arrivals ; Gareth bale .
●players to watch ; harry kane, hm son , Doherty
Spurs were looking forward to qualify for UCL this season. Jose Mourinho has also made some interesting deals, they have signed record highest golden glove winner joe hart . Also , their weak defense is going to be stronger with the signing of Matt Doherty. Another good news for spurs fans is that ,recently Real Madrid has agreed to leave Gareth bale . It's going to be great if bale will rejoin spurs . Also their talisman kane should shine this season .
After restart of 2019/20 season, spurs were outstanding with only loss in 9 matches. So we can say that spurs have chances to finish in top 4 .
These are my top 5 . But Arsenal , Leicester& Wolverhampton can also make into the top 5 .
Relegation
I think Fulham, crystal palace, leeds United can be relegated.
