India's no.1 Sumit nagal has entered the round 2 of us open after defeating Klahn of united states 6 - 1 , 6 - 3 , 3 - 6 , 6 - 1 . After entering the round 2 , he has became the first Indian to enter the second round of A grand slam since 2013 , when former Indian no.1 somdev devvarman has entered the 2nd round of Australia open , French open & us open in 2013 .
